The Operations Committee meets monthly and works with the Program Coordinator to monitor and oversee the work of the committees and working groups and recommend to the Executive Committee the appointment of standing committees. The Operations Committee coordinates with the Executive Committee (the governing body for the SPP) in guiding the strategic direction of the Partnership, preparing grant proposals, timelines and business model plans, and other operational business.
